On October 20-24th, 2017, Fiera Milano SpA organized the 40th edition of the International Exhibition of the Hospitality Industry (HOST).

This event is a technical and professional exhibition where the world’s leading manufacturers meet the top spending buyersfrom all over the globe.

The professional hospitality covers three macro-areas including Coffee and Tea in terms of accessories, machines, product and roasting. In this frame, proposers organized the final workshop of the PLA4COFFEE Project financed under the LIFE 2014 Programme of the European Union.

The workshop, held at the Aries Hall of the FieraMilano Convention Center on 21st October, 2017, saw the participation, even if not very numerous, of stakeholders to which the main reasons for the project, environmental benefits and commercial perspectives of the new compostable coffee capsules were presented.

The participation of Aroma System s.r.l. (Project Leader) with a stand at the 40th HOST Exhibition and of all PLA4COFFEE Consortium partners for the workshop represented the first occasion in which the second project brochure was officially presented and disseminated.
